1. Was je handen grondig voor het klaarmaken van de voeding.
2. Kook vers water en laat het afkoelen tot ongeveer 45 °C. Giet de aangegeven hoeveelheid water in de fles.
3. Voeg het aantal aangegeven afgestreken schepjes poeder toe door gebruik te maken van het bijgesloten schepje.
4. Sluit de fles en schud totdat het poeder volledig is opgelost. Controleer de temperatuur van de voeding door een beetje op de binnenkant van je pols te druppelen.
5. Maak de fles en speen zorgvuldig schoon na gebruik.

Tip: houd je baby rechtop tijdens het voeden.

Let op: Onjuiste bereiding kan een risico vormen voor de gezondheid van je baby. Gebruik de voeding binnen één uur na bereiding en gooi restjes voeding altijd weg.
